Systém automatického spracovania jazyka bol modelovaný s použitím sady nástrojov Kaldi. Vo výsledku bol dosiahnutý WER s hodnotou 16.6%. Problém klasifikácie textu bol adresovaný s pomocou metód na lineárnu klasifikáciu, konkrétne Multinomial Naive Bayes a Linear Support Vector Machines, kde druhá technika dosiahla vyššiu presnosť klasifikácie.

Viliam Čizmazia Roles of histone H3 lysine methylation in the gene expression regulation Abstract Histone post-translational modifications play a key role in epigenetic regulation of chromatin land- scape and various cellular functions. They can directly mediate interactions between DNA and histones, but also represent recognition signals for specific reader proteins. A particular type of these modifications, lysine methylation, marks a number of specific sites within the terminal as well or globular regions of histone proteins and encodes for various instructions for DNA-related processes such as gene transcription. The profiles of individual lysine methylations are regulated by specific methyltransferases (writers) and antagonizing demethylases (erasers). Their deregula- tion is often associated with diseases such as developmental abnormalities or cancer. For this rea- son, a number of histone-modifying enzymes are considered attractive therapeutic targets. This review is focused on key players and mechanisms underlying the deposition of the most important histone H3 lysine methylations, their genomic distribution and contextual roles in transcriptional events. Transcription of the French Toponyms into Russian

In the introduction, the work is devoted to the characteristics of analyzed languages and it defines the essential differences between French and Russian in their classification, orthography and phonetics. It mainly focuses on the differences in phonetic systems of the languages, which are crucial for the issue of transcription. The thesis then defines the development, use and types of the transcription and discusses the methods to transcribe one language system to another. The thesis also defines the main principles for transcription from the Latin script into the Cyrillic script. In the section devoted to the analysis of transcription, work assigns the selected toponyms to the each type of transcription and it explains how the transcription rules were used. Transcriptional regulation of PIN4 protein, membrane transporter of plant hormone auxin.

PIN-FORMED (PIN) proteins are plant-specific secondary transporters acting in the efflux of plant signaling molecule auxin from cells. Their asymmetrical localization within cells determines the directionality of auxin flow and thereby influences plant development. The activity of PIN proteins is regulated at multiple levels; however the primary step in the regulation of PIN proteins takes place at the level of gene transcription. Therefore the main focus of this diploma thesis is the characterization of the transcriptional regulation of PIN proteins, namely PIN4 protein. The observation of plants carrying transcriptional fusion consisting of various lengths of PIN4 promoter and green fluorescent protein (GFP) showed which part of PIN4 promoter is essential for binding transcription factors and for the start of transcription. This part of PIN4 promoter was used as bait for transcription factors in yeast one hybrid screens. Altogether, 24 transcription factors were identified in which the most numerous were transcription factors from GATA and APETALA2 (AP2)/ETHYLENE RESPONSE FACTOR (ERF) families.
